After two separate trips using Tangier Transportation Service, I've become a big fan and will continue using this service whenever I can. It was very nice not having to deal with the prestress associated with rental car pick-up, drop-off, and traffic. From beginning to end in planning our 12+ hour trip and all the many details, Mr. Kay was so incredibly responsive, and helpful to ensure everything went perfectly for us!  It was a very important day attending the Arlington Cemetery service for my Dad, that began with picking up my 95 year old mother.  She gave the highest of praise to Mr. Kay and Hicham for the great care they showed her. My other family members were also in excellent hands with Ilham, so that we could focus on the special day, leaving the driving to Tangier, as our safety, and comfort was their no. 1 priority!. My experience with Tangier Transportation Service during my trip to Dulles Airport was absolutely delightful. From the very beginning, their team exuded warmth and professionalism, eagerly addressing all my queries and seamlessly fitting into my travel itinerary. What truly set them apart was their remarkable punctuality – whether it was collecting me from the hotel or ensuring I reached the airport on time, they never missed a beat. Their vehicles were impeccably clean and oh-so-comfortable, and their drivers exhibited a profound knowledge of the area, sharing invaluable local insights that enhanced my journey. Throughout the ride, I felt completely secure, and to my pleasant surprise, their pricing was remarkably fair. All in all, Tangier Transportation Service made my Dulles Airport trip an absolute breeze, and I have every intention of relying on their exceptional services for my future travels. We used Tangier Transportation for a private Christmas light tour and had an excellent time. The Sprinter van was the perfect size for our family and you could see the lights out both sides. My Christmas music playlist through the Bluetooth sound system, and our friendly, professional driver made for a perfect evening. Forgive the photo quality. We were so pleased with the service we received from Tangier. The drivers were very professional. My guests had only nice things to say about them. They arrived on time and texted me to let me know they were there, they offered water to my guests, were friendly and got everyone safely to the wedding venue and back to their hotels at the end of the night. Mr. Kay was extremely professional and easy to work with. He offered me several options to work with my needs and budget. Amazing customer service. Came through in a pinch when stranded in King George, VA to transport us to Fredericksburg to retrieve a rental. No livery services, uber etc in area but they were able to coordinate pick up from Arlington, VA. Great driver and vehicle as well.

I can not speak highly enough about the service we have received from Khalil and his staff. He was on vacation when I reached out to him to book the trip and he called to me to confirm every detail. Every time I come to Washington DC, I call/text him to arrange my transportation. This trip included a concert in Baltimore, and we were staying at the MGM National Harbor, and his team took total care of us. Raffi was our driver for our past trip and took complete care of us, was on time and super responsive. I will never go to the DC area without contacting Tangiers first. I highly recommend to anyone going to the DC OR Baltimore area.
